Push up
Push up cocok banget dilakukan di dalam tempat yang sempit, gerakan ini tidak membutuhkan ruang gerak yang lebar. Posisikan badan menghadap ke lantai dan tumpu badan dengan kedua tangan. Push up sangat berguna untuk mengencangkan lengan, melatih otot dada, perut, dan otot punggung.
Lari di tempat
Hal paling mudah dilakukan yaitu lari pagi atau jogging. Namun, biasanya mager alias males gerak ke luar rumah menjadi kendala besar. Maka solusinya kamu dapat melakukan lari di tempat. Lari di tempat cukup efektif untuk membakar lemak-lemak yang muncul menjadi lipatan.
Tekan bahu dengan botol air atau bobot
Isi botol air mineral ukuran besar dengan air sampai penuh, kemudian gunakanlah botol tersebut sebagai beban dalam angkat beban. Tak perlu repot pergi jauh ke gym, dengan botol air tersebut maka kamu sudah dapat berolahraga di dalam rumah.
