Atau justru sobat bsco pernah menyantapnya? #besokmakan kali ini akan membahas cita rasa tekso yang tak ada duanya dan hanya ada di Desa Weragati Kecamatan Palasah. Mau tau seperti apa makananya? Yuk simak sedikit ulasan tentang Tekso.
Tekso merupakan makanan khas Majalengka yang hanya ada di Desa Weragati. Konon katanya Tekso ini merupakan kepanjangan dari “Lotek dan Bakso”. Mungkin sobat bsco ada yg mengira jika ada bulir bakso bulat di dalam loteknya? Namun, perkiraan sobat bsco kurang tepat karena yang tepat bakso yang dimaksud adalah bihun atau soun ada di dalam loteknya.
Lalu, mengapa hanya ada di Desa Weragati? Memangnya sulit ya cara membuatnya? Proses pembuatan tekso sebenarnya tidak begitu rumit, cukup dengan merebus sayur-sayuran seperti kangkung, kol, toge dan kubis. Lalu siapkan juga bumbu tekso yang terbuat dari sambal kacang yang sudah dicairkan. Setelah sayuran matang dan bumbu tekso siap disajikan, campurkan sayuran dan bumbu tekso.
Tekso pun siap disajikan dan disantap bersama orang-orang tersayang asal jangan dengan mantan yang sudah menjadi pacar orang yah, nanti pacarnya ngamuk. Cita rasa tekso yang khas dan memang berbeda dari rasa lotek, gado-gado maupun karedok mampu menggoyang lidah para penikmatnya. Proses pembuatan tekso bisa dibilang gampang, namun uniknya hanya dijual di Desa Weragati. Sobat bsco penasaran ingin menikmatinya? Yuk berkunjung ke Desa Weragati.
